Toronto Pearson is located about 16 miles (26km) northwest of Toronto City, one of the most popular tourist and business destinations in Canada. This makes it a convenient option for those who need to go to Toronto for business or recreation. It has five runways and two passenger terminals as well as numerous facilities for both airport staff and the passengers that come through the airport. There are over 1000 daily departures from the Toronto airport and there is daily service to more than 180 destinations across 6 continents. Despite how popular it is and how much traffic it sees each year, it is only the 31st busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic.
The Toronto Pearson Airport is rich in history and culture and it goes back to 1937, when the Government of Canada originally agreed to start building two airports near Toronto. One of these airports was the Toronto Pearson Airport, which served as a World War II base for the Royal Canadian Air Force. In 1958, the airport transferred ownership to the Government of Canada and renamed the Pearson Airport.

Toronto Pearson International Airport, it’s the most busiest airport in Canada with nearly 50 million passengers.

To get to Toronto via taxi, from Toronto Airport it takes about 25 min without traffic and will cost about $50–$60 .

Toronto is comprised of over 100 different neighborhoods and is a very modern multicultural urban centre that offers a little bit of everything to be able to appease the masses. Since the airport is located inside Canada’s most cosmopolitan centre, it has become a popular destination for tourists. Anyone traveling to the Toronto Airport has a number of different ways to park before they get their flight. This includes valet care, a value park garage, express parks as well as multiple other car lots that are not covered and are very affordable.
