Union Pearson Express
This train is an airport train that runs between the Pearson Airport and Union Station, which is located in downtown Toronto. This is ideal for those who are traveling on business or for pleasure. There are intermediate stops at some other stations along the way, if you need to go to the Weston or Bloor GO stations.
Trains typically will depart every 15 minutes from Terminal 1 at the Pearson Airport. There is a 25-minute ride from Terminal 1 to Union Station. From Union Station there are dozens of different transportation methods and it is the biggest transportation facility in all of Canada. This train operates every day from the hours of 5:30 am to 1:00 am.

Link Train
The Link Train is the other option that you have if you want to travel by train once you have arrived at the Pearson Airport. This is a train that links the terminals within the airport to allow for easy travel from terminal to terminal.
It has stops in Terminal 1, Terminal 3, and the Viscount Parking Lot. Link Train operates 24 hours a day and departs all stations every few minutes. The longest that you might have to wait for a train to depart from one of these stations is 8 minutes.
